As this is a multi plaintiff action the strategy is ultimately yours (ours). The options as of right now are; (Note results will only be displayed once you have voted)

(A) the retainer remains open for a fixed period of time

(B) we can top up our retainers to bridge the difference - TBD by a date we all agree upon.

(C) we decide to move forward, on the existing retainer, with the proviso that Rocco adds a 15% contingency fee in addition to the retainer if he is successful in obtaining damages. (That is, he would retain 15% of any damages awarded).
